Counseling towards hope, healing, and wholeness
In today’s fast-paced world, it is easy to become overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, and the pressures of daily life. Oftentimes, these feelings can manifest as mental health concerns and strain our relationships with others. However, with the right tools and mindset, it is possible to find peace and become released from these burdens. It would be my pleasure to collaborate with you on your journey towards health and healing as you become released from whatever it is that holds you back and pursue wholeness. Therapy with a purpose
With an emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, therapy will also include a goal-oriented approach to mental health treatment. We will hone in on specific issues and work collaboratively to set clear, achievable goals and track progress throughout the therapeutic process. You will be empowered to actively participate in your healing journey.
My areas of focus

Individual
Individual therapy creates a safe space for both adolescents and adults to explore their thoughts and feelings, set personal goals, and work toward healthier mental well-being. The therapeutic relationship is key, providing support, understanding, and guidance throughout the healing process.

Couple
Couple’s therapy aims to foster a deeper understanding between partners, strengthen their bond, and equip them with tools to navigate challenges together. During couple’s therapy, the clinician uses skills and techniques from Gottman Method couples therapy to facilitate discussions that encourage both partners to express their feelings and perspectives in a safe environment.

Family
Family therapy focuses on understanding and addressing the dynamics and relationships within a family system. Rather than viewing problems as residing solely within an individual, this approach considers how family interactions, communication patterns, and roles influence each member’s behavior and emotional well-being. Often, the goal of family therapy is to repair and create healthier relationships within the family, address or resolve conflict, enhance emotional support, and foster a more positive family environment.
